My bigger concern is I can not find 2x or 3x scope for Dnipro. Does anyone know if there is a low magnification scope for this gun? It would be a deal breaker for me to switch from 2x scope on Deceider (Fora-221) to colinators/holo sights on Dnipro.
I personally use Dnipro as a DMR, never automatic, so only got ACOG on allways, so ammo is not an issue, but the damage difference is just enough to make some tougher enemies fall with 1st headshot, thus not alarming anyone to your presence.
You can buy the PAO 2X Scope cheap.

For fun. It's in the game, so I wanted to try it out. Didn't manage to find the upgrade and the game ended.
7.62x39 is actually very easy to get if you know where to look.
Head back to Zalyssia and run around. Military squiads will spawn constantly always carrying the RPK-74. They average about 30 bullets per unload.
This is how I also use my Dnipro.
For anyone else wondering: I usually pick and hoard rare ammo in my stash.
Late game you will encounter a lot of human enemies in exo suits. 7.62x39mm provides a much better punch for headshots.
So the upgrade maskes sense since I have usually a decent amount by then.
