Started a new game and no Journalist Stashes...? (Ultimate Edition)

So I finished the game once.
and I wanted to start a new game and in the previous game I got a flash-drive of a stalker named "Journalist" from the box near the bed and it shows locations of the Stashes, Now it didn't have the Flash-drive there, and I got the Ultimate edition....?
can somebody answer that?

You have to fully complete the main quest "A needle in a haystack," and only then will the journalist flash-drive be in your stash. I got to this point on two different saves and I got it both times. If you are past this mission and it is not showing up for you then it might be a bug, and if possible you might have to reload a save to right before you finished that main mission.

I had a little glitch with the pre-order only version on a second save slot where it didn't appear after it should have but a 'Take All' did pull it into my inventory. (This was Gamepass version of game.)
