Wandering lights anomaly in the Zaton area.

How do you get this thing ? I ve spent 5-6 h trying to find it. I have multiple saves at 21:55 in the zone after emission (red storm donno how it called) and nothing.I finish sirrca mission had an emission went to that place again nothing ... at this point i wonder if i use console to add the thing or not .

its getting bored to spend that much time to find something that i don t think even exist because of some bugs

If you're talking about artifact then it spawns randomly and might not spawn at all, for example the big tornado anomaly I've done everything correctly and the weird bolt wasn't spawning in, it spawned like after another 10 sec when the tornado was already away from the crane and I had to be inside the tornado and somehow get back on the crane while keeping the track of said artifact.

If you are referring to the anomaly itself, are you at the right place?
Also what I've done to get weird water artifact was that I had quick save in middle of the anomaly at 21:55 and always searched only around till like 23:10 then reloaded the save because the spawn is random.

There are no set places, it spawns randomly at random location in the anomaly, also it might not spawn or it might spawn underground, hence make save at 21:55 in middle of the anomaly, search till 23:00 and reload. using F5 for quick save and F8 for fast load

in all 3 places i ve try to drop items to see if they fell trow the ground and everything was ok.
i even spend 2/3h ingame time to search around more to see if it spawn

Look Im done trying to help you either keep looking in these location and find nothing, spawn it in or just search randomly. No reason for me to trying to argue with you, you want to believe it's spawning only in those locations then go ahead.

I can't find it. I think because I visited there early in the swaps, it probably spawned and then bugged. I did not know it was there. Find out 20 hours of playtime later. Went back and tried every location and trick. Can't find it. Gave up after an hour of trying.

WAS NOT BEFORE in the swamps, and also didn't find it yet... so think it's bugged or just pretty hard to find / or nobody got the "right way" to do it.
