Business with Owl (informer) glitched?

I've gone to each objective marker and found either PDA or notes regarding the objective at hand, but at a camp near the Suldansk, there is a lit fire next to a truck and a big tree, but nothing at all for me to interact with to progress the side quest. Is anyone having this same issue?

update: its behind a sheet of metal leaning alongside a rockface. no glitch

Same, except also at what I guess is a gas station of some sort there is also a marker where I can't figure out what to do. Some enemies show up, and I killed them, but I can't get the quest marker to go away. It looks vaguely like it's inside a building, but I can't get inside the building. And there are ZERO walkthroughs for it. Like, if I look up Business With Owl sidequests there is ZERO mention of any quest involving tracking down an informant.

I figured it out! Look far a stash! There is a stash with a PDA!

Dude still can understand what "Far" means?! there's absolutely nothing to interact with. Can you please add more details when explaining the stash location

2 of the locations have a dead body, the campfire has a stash hidden very close and at the Gas station you need to look into the trashcan behind the building there is a stash/pda inside .

The first one thats just northwest of the Vent point of interest. Head over to the marker roughly 400 meters southeast of Sultansk. You’ll come across a small stalker campfire next to a rusty old truck and a large boulder. Go to the western side of the boulder and you’ll spot a metal plate leaning against it. Behind the metal is a bag. Loot it to get Owl’s Agent’s PDA.
