They still haven't fixed the system requirements
The 1600/1060 combo listed as minimum for 1080p/30fps in reality does 2-3 fps. The hardware is old and it's fine that it's unable to run the game, however, listing it in the system requirements in an unrealistic manner just pushes some people into a buy/refund cycle for no apparent reason.

The store page should list the actual minimum requirement which can run the game at 1080/30.

Need to use upscaling.

I believe the game suffers from more serious issues.

PC Specs.
Ryzen 5 3600 "6 Core CPU".
DDR4 32GB 3200MHz
GPU RTX 3070Ti

Game scenario.
Location: Rostok.
Game Setting:
Low Graphics preset.
Resolution : 1080p.
No Vsync.
No upscaling.
FPS :60-100

For context i provided the system information.
The game worked fine for few minutes, and then deep dived into 5 FPS for whatever reason is unknown to me.

It seems that something under the hood is killing the game performance.

I was watching a few videos where people tested the game with a 1060 6GB card, OK they had to turn it down to potato setting but most of them were still getting close to or above 60 fps everywhere but in the towns.

This was the guys system in one of the one videos - zWORMz Gaming

◾️ CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D (only 3D cores enabled, similar to 7800X3D)
◾️ Cooler - Deepcool LT720 AIO
◾️ Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB - MSI Gaming X
◾️ RAM - 32GB DDR5 6000MHz (2x16GB CL30)
◽️ OS - Windows 11 Pro
◽️ SSD - Crucial P3 1TB
◽️ SSD 2 - Lexar PCIe 4.0 2TB (games installed here)
◾️ Motherboard - Asrock B650 PG Riptide Wifi
◾️ PSU - Corsair HX1200
◾️ Case - Phanteks P500A

So maybe its not the GPU but the rest of your system making the game a slide show?

Turn hair to low and watch vram usage. Once the vram usage maxes out your gpu then turns into a lag fest. Decrease some settings?

There's performance mods, videos, guides in the guide section, etc...

This is wrong. I can run it fine on an I5 with a 2070.

Thats what i am trying to say.

Here is a flip, i turn it to epic settings 1440p.
Getting slightly lower frame rate but still above 30fps.
However without any action or anything major changing in the game scene, the fps starts to tank all of a sudden.

Its like on raw performance the game runs well, but then its like its tripping and tumbling down all the way down.

Your GPU is toast
Set-115689 Nov 29, 2024 @ 12:16am
Epic settings filling up your vram. Once your vram gets filled up then you lag.

When people post the brand of their case when they tell folks about their PC specs.
You know all help is futile...

Memoryleak. Lower your settings, give frame gen a try and wait for patch.

You can turn off Lumin doesn't look as good, in the engine.ini to get extra performance.
