Meanwhile, everyone here except 2 guys recommend Cyberpunk.
Truely biased.
I love open world survival, but also do not mind a good story driven RPG and I have been keeping my eye on Cyberpunk for a while.

Not defending them man. Just saying.
However, it can't match the atmosphere or horror aspects of Stalker 2.
The game needs to be tweaked a bit to be really great, but even for what it is right now, Stalker 2 has a lot to offer, especially if you like the creepy, abandoned design of the world and sort of 'slow but interesting' gameplay loop from the first games.
ive read people saying this is the best open world game of the last 10 years when this game is on par with starfield on how much bland, dead and souless the world is
