Missing trailer parts?
I finished the game but I did not explore all paths and endings(waiting for the game to get some fixes first). I've noticed a lot of missing cinematics that I saw in trailers like the dancing guy, the guy in the black suit on the roof and many others. are they in game or are they part of future DLC's?

More than likely just cut content. See as how badly the game performs for most people and the amount of bugs, it isn't surprising.
