Go into your users\(your user)\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows

Find the engine.ini or if you don't have one, make one, and add

[SystemSettings] r.OneFrameThreadLag=0

Go in explorer, put in %appdata% and navigate to :

C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows

Look for Input.ini

Edit in notepad, add this :

[/script/engine.inputsettings]
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
bViewAccelerationEnabled=False

This removes mouse acceleration and smoothing I believe. See if that helps

edit input.ini

[/script/engine.inputsettings]
RawMouseInputEnabled=Enabled
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
bViewAccelerationEnabled=False

is this why the aim feels so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ when you aim at an enemy and it almost feels like your aim trys to stick on him?

Don't use Frame generation, it'll increase input lag and make the mouse movement feel worse, turn on Nvidia Reflex, go to DLSS Balanced to gain some more FPS. There's still glitches where you sometimes walk over an object and the game TURNS your camera view, that can't be fixed until they patch it.

frame gen adds input lag turn it off or deal with it
you also need to reboot the game when you toggle it on or off to have it fully applied

If you are out of luck with the ini, try a mod over on Nexus. There is 1 that sets X and Y axis to the same multiplier. But actually the RawMouseInputEnable does work for me though...funny.

1)
---------
%userprofile%\appdata\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows

locate input.ini paste in
[/script/engine.inputsettings]

bEnableMouseSmoothing=False

bViewAccelerationEnabled=False
-------------
once the above fix is applied frame generation should have way less input lag
at least its tollerable now still not as good as without FG but way better
i basicly cannot play without AMD´s FG in combination with DLSS from a performance viewpoint.

2)
this mod fixes Y/X movement speed as by default its not the same speed and there is no way to make it the same speed without the mod
basicyl neccessary imo otherwise its unplayable

3) make sure nvidia reflex is on.

FG introduces frame latency. If you are using it, make sure Nvidia Reflex Low Latency is on under display settings.
