How rare is rare?

Just found my third Hypercube, on the roof of the old Ahroprom factory. A bit of a challenge since it had a poltergeist in combination with some lava anomalies.....
And after shooting some mercs in the research facility they drop 3 merc suits on 6 bodies .
Now planning my way back to Rostock and an emission is due :(

you can farm hypercubes in thermal anomalies so it is not really rare, you can just save 200 meter in front of a anomaly quicksave, go look if it is a hypercube or not, if its not just reload and try again

Besides all the well known bugs i consider this problematic as well: It shouldn't be possible to trigger some random events just by reloading. As far as i remember "Call Of Pripyat" (2009) did this better: It seemed that when you start a new game, the random generation is initilized once and the only thing that triggered something was the inGame-timeline. So reloading shouldn't do anything, because the time is turned back too. This was even valid for emissions!
