Overheating shouldnt take that long. My guess is the Memory Leak, which shouldnt result in a shutdown though.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance
and on the left youll see "View archived messages" click that and find where the last time it crashed is, itll tell you what caused it.
This or unstable oc/uv
or just search "Reliability history" should open the timeline up.
