But yeah, it's not really a problem of monsters, it's more like this crappy a-life, which is spawning enemies in your vicinity, so it even does not make any sense to scout location before you go there, because enemies are spawned there when you are like 50 meters away. Total crap. Also make sense, why there is no binoculars in the game, because scouting is worthless when enemies are spawning around you :-D
In this state, would be better to disable "a-life" until they fix it.
Do you own this on Gamepass or something, because if you do the answer is most definitely no and if your on PC / Steam no stalker modder worth his salt will remove the Poltergeists.
Plus the story requires them, so quest scripting would not work.
