Stash in train right next to "Tunnel under Lake" in Yantar is innacessible.
There is a passenger train right close to Tunnel under Lake in Yantar that has a stash but can't get in the train as the door is too high. I have tried everything to get that stash and can't do it, even though we should be able to get in the train, but for some reason can't.

Has anyone found a way to get in'?

Just run from higher up the hill and jump into the car. No problem. You have a very long jump, but not a high one.
