Quick Use Slots
Currently I have my Quick Use items bound to F1 and F3. It would be cool if I could bind to F1,F2,F3,F4, instead of the way it currently is, and get around the need to have to tap or hold depending on the item and where I have it slotted. I'd much rather be able to just tap one of four separate keybinds.

Just posting this here in the hopes that maybe a dev will see it and take it into consideration.

they will likely address this in the future, the controls are set up with a console controller in mind and it was an oversight with the UI/Controls

Cool. I don't mind it, terribly, the way it is now. I actually think it was a pretty neat idea to have two items on one button. And it may have even prevented me from accidentally using the wrong item a few times.

If that's what you prefer, go for it. Although that's not quite what the intention of this post was. I was asking for the ability to bind the Quick Slots to 4 individual buttons. What buttons you want to use is up to you.

what OP is referring to is that in the older games, the 4 quick slots could be bound to 4 different key presses , while currentley in S2, 1/2 are bound to the same key, and 3/4 are bound to the same key

because of console controllers, many functions in the game have been divided between a "press" and "hold" option, and most mouse and keyboard players don't want to have to do this except for maybe a few instances (like using a medkit you found on the ground, unloading weapon, holding F to open a hatch, etc)
