[QUEST] "Deceive the deceiver" bug workaround?

I have ny quest "Decieve the deciever" at "Lure out Zakhar", I payed to Barmen 900K for the information about Zakhar's stash, I visited the stash (at night and during the day), it was empty, there was noone around.

Guess I need a console command to auto-complete it, because I'm lost as to how it actually goes, Zakhar is nowhere to be found and I can't lure anyone out.

Could you please point at where he supposed to be? I think I searched all the Garbage base and there's only that other guy who is scared to come out, NOT Zakhar.

Yeah, no, there aren't any marks even if I specifically track only that quest

Okay so when I did this quest I went somewhere I don't remember and ended up looting an SMG with a PDA. I'm pretty sure there was a guy there who had been tricked by Zakhar and asked if you would help lure him out of Slag and deal with him. I found that if I go to slag and interact with the upgrade technician that the exclamation point for Zakhar disappeared.

If this is how you received the quest than my suggestion to you is load a save just after you picked up the quest, check the Slag map to see if there's the blue exclamation for Zakhar and go directly to him to complete the quest. I followed him directly to his stash then blew his brains out in front of the connex that it's sitting in. You'll fail the escort quest but you can loot his ♥♥♥♥ and keep the SMG that you looted before.
