Ghosting with FSR 3 Frame Generation

In the game when frame generation is enabled very strong gosting of the image, when using holographic sight it reaches absurdity, in other games when generating frames such a strong problem was not, is there any way to fix it somehow? (I play on an AMD video card, so don't suggest DLSS).

I'm using FSR for frame generation as I own measly RTX 3080ti. This works very well and makes the game much smoother to play but there is that issue with ghosting on holographic sights. I'm not too bothered with it as I barely notice it in hectic fights but it is definitely there.

the Ghosting is worse on 1080p from my testing it's like 1080p was an after thought even when you turn off the upscale setting 1080p looks bad compared to 1440p.

about 6 hours in and on my 4k monitor fsr does so good with frame generation it rases from 30fps to 70/80fps. same problem though when i got my first holo for the viper-5 it caused REALLY BAD ghosting where i couldnt line up the shots in hectic moments. its horrible at night but i do hope they fix it like cyberpunk did because its totally unusable but i do need fsr to even get good fps...coming from a 2080ti super :)
