FIX THE MAIN AND SIDE QUESTS!

I am fine with the economy of the game as is, I am also fine with the A-Life system as is. I've been playing it since day one and have enjoyed it regardless of the quirks, But the thing i cant forgive or that annoys me the most is the QUESTS BEING BUGGED AND LOCKING ME OUT OF PROGRESSION. It was all good untill You leave SIRCAA, the quest past that point are broken or just straight up dont work.

So ima just twiddle my thumbs until a technical patch comes out. BUT PLEASE MAKE IT A QUEST LINE FOCUS.

agreed im stuck after talking to richter and the mission ticks it off but doesnt open the next part to find the mutant and get the electric collar. cannot do anything else
