Subtle Matter quest bugged

the problem is I looted the area before I got the quest so I have the key in my inven already

so, search the office part doest't complete even if i loot every thing in the office

I try to forced thru quest and got the port but cut-seen doesn't trigger

any suggestion?

The same thing, there should be a voice recorder with instructions on how to set up the antenna, but I don't have it and it won't let me go any further. Even if you go further - you can't press the start button of the capsule, because in the tasks "search the office" Console command to spawn this recorder I have not found, all the diaries, which are already lying I can spawn, but the recorder - no. If you find a solution - please write

Same. Explored ahead and got into office by looking online for code bc i couldn't figure it out. Now I'm there and have to search office. I pick up the items on the desk but then the quest doesn't update. I flip switch, go through lab, and cant get in pod. Scene doesn't trigger

I did that and the issue is no future main missions will auto-start so you have to figure out the codes to start literally every mission after that. I completed the next mission at the Comms Center and it just stopped right there.

I had to revert to a save game where the mission at the antenna isnt complete. Stuck on "clear all mutants" and cannot progress because the poltergeist up top wont spawn.
I dont want to manually look up the codes for literally every future mission so I'm just stuck. If they dont fix it then I guess it's off to a different game. :/

also having the same issue here killed 3 mutants and that's where I'm stuck nothign else is working i guess wait for a patch untill then the game is broken

I figured it out from this post, basically you have to go back up to the Dr. office and kill the Poltergeist in the building. After which, the quest will continue.

to complete this quest you need to kill 3 mutants in lab x-15. you don't need a poltergeist

There is a Poltergeist in the Main Building - Dr. Cabinet. You can kill it. It worked for me. I had the same problem as you.
