These "tips" for people with actual problems in the game are about as useful as telling them to "shoot the Cyberdemon until it dies".

Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if their next suggestion is something as archaic as defragmenting the hard drive ...

if you want to run as admin over steam, then steam needs to be run as admin also.

Dont worry. This wont help you anyways. Whoever wrote this troubleshoot clearly barely has any idea how things work.

Most windows users have the highest authority (by default) and therefore most programs (including video games) run flawlessly without running it as an admin. You can ruin these settings manually which may results in people having to use admin rights for everything. Most of the time its not the case.

But as I said this is misunderstood. UE5s "no access permission" logs only indicate that something was not able to access something. That does not mean it did NOT have the right to access it, just that it could not.

This usually has many reasons. Corrupted drives, trashed GPU or CPUs and plenty more.
But most common right now is the Intel-High-End-Selfdestruction Core epidemic. In short High End Intel CPUs (did take a lot of damage before certain BIOS updates) and now spit out tons of access violation errors in several games.

Especially the UE4 and UE5 engine are known to load in shaders insanely fast which triggers the damaged sections on these CPUs and leads to errors. That is currently the most common "crash" issue in modern gaming. Thank Intel for this and check if your CPU has damage by carefully stresstesting it since stuff like the 14900K likes to nuke itself on stress-tests on default settings (even after BIOS updates).
