Screen lock bug

out of the blue I started to encounter a bug that leaves the esc prompt at the bottom left of the hud (under where the rad and quick access is) as well as a strange lock symbol smack dab in the bottom middle of my screen. This seems to hide all interact prompts as well as subtitles for dialogue as im using the native language for the VA since the American VAs left... a lot to be desired.

It only fixes itself when opening the map or other PDA menus and will promptly return on my screen when doing pretty much anything.

I was resolved to ignore it until i seen it hides subtitles.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have it too lad...
Only way ive found to get rid of it is to open and close inventory, map, journal, notes...wait for patch I guess

I'm having this issue as well, was hoping there would be a fix in with the first patch, but sadly, it seems to have not been addressed yet. I've noticed it pops in whenever there is ambient talking that would normally bring up the subtitles onto the screen, such as NPCs in combat, or the the loudspeakers that are going off around settlements. It's the most frustrating when it happens in combat, as it will prevent key information on your HUD from popping up such as health amount or bleeding indication unless you go into the radial wheel or PDA.

I've found that popping into the radial wheel real quick is the easiest fix, but it can get old and repetitive really fast whenever you are in a large combat scenario with a lot of NPCs yelling at you or mutants.

For anybody still having this issue:

Download UETools - Developer Console
https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/64?tab=description

and run the command:

XClearDialogQueue

I tested this last night for several hours. After running the command above in the modded in Dev Console I was able to see ambient and local NPC dialogue in my subtitles again without the HUD getting the "lock" icon and the escape button! I've submitted a ticket with the Devs and encourage y'all to do the same as well.
