Black Friday?

I know this is a stupid question to ask, but will this game be on a black Friday special? It's expensive in my country (well it's the price of what a new game would've cost like a couple of years ago) and I absolutely love stalker. If not that's quite understandable and I'll be keeping my eye out for when it's on a pretty good discounted price

No don't get it, a lot of the quests are broken even the main quests which you cannot beat without it bugging out or the quest not responding to you through pop ups or dialogues.

Alright thanks for the replies, I'm aware the game only came out a few days ago..thought there may be a very smallllllll chance of a special. Also didn't know there wasn't a black friday special on steam despite being on steam for so long.

This isn't really gonna stop me from getting it because at the point I get it, quite a few patches might have rolled out for this exact issue

I pre warned you then my advice don't advance the main story to much wait for patches to keep you immersed

Frankly, aside from a small selection of minor bugs, and a few actually impactful but still manageable bugs, I haven't run into any issues with Stalker 2. I do have a few gripes, but I expect they will each be fixed within the first few patches, such as the frankly unusual durability and commonality of bloodsuckers

Aren't there mods that already fixed those issues? But I do get wanting an actual official fix, also what's the problem with the durability? I've seen memes and comments about it

While I meant that bloodsuckers are far too tanky (and they are, they're taking upwards of 2 full AK mags to the chest to kill and are far too common as they are nowadays) - there's also unfortunately a problem with durability in that equipment breaks too quickly and repairs are far too expensive, with my tourist suit costing 24k to repair from 85%

The earliest I would expect it to go on sale may be next summer.

For your information, Valve wouldn't even allow them to discount the game:
A product cannot be discounted within 30 days of a prior discount, within 30 days of its release, or within 30 days of a price increase in any currency.

Exceptions are made for launch discounts and seasonal sales, but the latter exception doesn't apply to new launches.
