How to use under barrel launcher
How to use it I can select ammo with N or switch modes with B but I don't see any mention in the controls of how to switch to the launcher or how to fire it

Use the weapon wheel - there you can select grenade launcher mode at the bottom.

tab ( weapon weel ) and click C

If you hold B to switch fire modes, you'll switch to the grenade launcher. Easier than the weapon wheel.
