Pseudogiants are the sturdiest enemy in the whole series. They are not meant to be downed with the CHEAPEST ammo in the zone. You have armor penetration statistics on weapons (and their upgrades) and AP rounds for all weapon types. How about using the tools at your disposal before opening yet another ThE DeVs dIDN'T do ThEiR JoBs.
Seriously - if this would be a new IP - sure, let's discuss wether some enemies are OP. But it's a whole game series - and those guys _NEVER_ were easy IF you faced them with tier 1 or tier 2 equipment.
This is the correct answer to the OPs issue:
its a dog... they all die relatively quickly on hardest difficulty, in stalker 2 every enemy has this scaling issue
You might need glasses, OP is talking about a Pseudogiant not a Pseudodog
am i stupid that i play on Rookie difficulty ? i guess not ...i need 5+ shotgun hits to kill these mutants....
Artificial and super lazy way to inflate the difficulty. This is not behaviour anyone would expect from a pack of dogs, it just looks real bad.
The AI in this game is way worse than COP. Its a tragedy,
Because the game design is meant to make you feel weak and helpless, not everything in the Zone has to be an asset to be exploited. Stalker does not respond to the consumer logic of other open world games.
♥♥♥♥ gets serious in first underground lab where meet one. They’ve always been a nightmare, glad to hear still are.
Fleshes are still pushovers but now with a jump attack
Pseudodogs are now at least fun, well until the moment you realize that the "REAL" one is always a shade darker than the fakes
Wait till you encounter pseudocats
Partially because in COP you can scout them from distance most of the time, and they didn't spawn 50 feet from you...
