I explored a small village, whose name I forgot, in the southern part of Garbage (NW of the access bridge from the Lesser Zone) and I'm sure that one was there, because I kept hearing hisses and "voices", but I think it was somehow blocked inside a small bricks house with a locked door.

Can confirm this, the key to the shed is in a nearby building, stuck inside a broken TV. There's also rats inside with the cat, maybe a dog too.

I think the collared pseudogiant in Red Forest is not counted.
I got "Zone's deadliest predator" achievement when I killed the pseudogiant in Bloodsucker village.
Hope you will get that achievement.

Damn found this thread looking into the achievement coz I just spent god knows how much fighting that Pseudogiant and didnt get the achievement. Thanks for the heads up
