Probably the best Stalker game

Played the last 3 stalker games over the span of last year and this year, and found it to be such a good series and a fantastic world.
Stalker SOC is my favourite story out of any game i played, and that game took me 3 tries to get into it.
And im so glad that people are talking about stalker again, i remember 2022 stalker tiktok was extremely dead and it was such a small community on there. Only big stalker community at the time was the Anomaly community.
But this game is probably the best version of a stalker game ive ever played.

the combat is heavy and feels realistic
The game looks stunning (if you have a good pc lmao)
The story is cool
The world is massive and has so much to do
and the rpg elements are all there and i feel improved from the older games.
And its also a buggy mess just like the other games

Indeed. Once the 2 expansions and some patches are released this game will be even more awesome.

If you played the 3 original but never Anomaly, then you are missing out.
Anomaly is quite realistic too but I guess people keep comparing it to tarkov style.

If you played the 3 original but never Anomaly, then you are missing out.

That was my plan but i just finished Call of pryp like a few days and was planning on getting that done before i played this new one

Will prob take you a long while, Anomaly is a sandbox version of the three games, so you aren't missing anything if you completed three of them, story wise. But gameplay wise it has more than your stalker 2 (repair kits, weapon customization, camping, and placing stashes, having allies and followers).

You do realize that the devs failed a part of their deluxe edition criteria on Steam right? They never indicated when to expect some of the stuff.

All in all, the devs has a lot of work to do.

I agree, having a blast, they need to fix the AI and the broken economy, but I can deal with idiotic AI and I found a glitch to work-around the broken economy so it's not the end of the world.

Despite issues, I'm genuinely creaming about Stalker 2. It's such a treat for fans of the vanilla trilogy. They took the best parts of all three games and doubled down on them.

The economy got me exploring every nook and cranny to gather up as much coupons i can gain
