flash suppressor / suppressor

so i get a muzzle on my rifle, but then i can equip a suppressor... do the bonuses stack even though this is contrary to how it really would be? suppressors make the weapons silent obviously but also give a range bonus.

Yes both the upgrade and the attachment to stack the bonuses.
When you buy the upgrade the suppresor automatically been taken off, could be to prevent a bug the suppressor disappear or both bonuses not working ect
