Just because it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean the problem isn't there, it is a common problem when you move the mouse quickly and it is a known issue, the screen breaks, in Cyberpunk there is actually a very well-known mod to somehow fix this error, I provide the link in case someone wants to see it https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/13029
Let's hope the devs fix it, if not I think sooner or later the modders will do it. best regards.
I would rather play at mostly 60 with some dips in the 40s, but have a smoother picture then have severe ghosting effects on things with frame gen.
deal the the ugly blurry mess or have funky looking textures.

Your funny, Intel is a huge mess right now, there CPU's are a mess, and the ones that have decent performance have loads of bugs.
To keep a long story short, there in serious trouble and a takeover from an other company looms over there head, especialy after publishing last years numbers wich are the worst for the company in over 10 years, so now you see opertunistic investors buying up shares with the hopes that wen they get taken over they can sell them with a big profit.
I also have a 7900xt. I just wanted to comment how insane it is that you cannot feel the major input lag that frame generation adds. We have the same machine but not the same standards. You also fell for the ultrawide meme. 'Gamers' these days..
Stalker 2 runs terribly on any machine. Fake frames and upscaling does very little to hide that for those that have the means to perceive it. For the rest of you 'console brains', well, ENJOY, since you can't tell the difference anyway.
I've tried to use even TAA, TSR, FSR 3.1, XeSS, and even None and the problem is from the FSR 3.1 Framge generation
Keep in mind, I do not use AMFM 2 or Anti-lag or any setting from the Gaming > Stalker 2 ( in AMD Adrenalin )
So the problem is 100% from the FSR 3.1 Frame gen, and this problem is NEW, back then like a month ago ( when I was playing the cracked version from fitgirl before now buying the game, I've never had issues with it, but now after the patch 1.1.4 ( latest patch ) is fck3d )
Who knows, maybe with DLSS/DLAA with frame gen on there's no problem with holographic sight
I can't use DLSS cuz AMD GPU
But no, from my experience and point of view, the problem is from FSR 3.1 Frame gen
Damn this game is really sh1t
I've said to a guy before you, the problem is from FSR 3.1 Frame gen, not the Upscaling method FSR 3.1 ( Or any other upscaling method that we have on AMD gpu's )
And neither from AFMF
With AFMF On the ghosting it's still there and the holographic sight is still garbage,
With AFMF Off, it's still there
With AFMF On without frame gen, everything good
With AFMF Off without frame gen, everything good
And by AFMF I think you mean AMD Fluid Motion Frames? ( I have the AFMF2 In my gaming > stalker 2 settings in AMD Adrenalin )
Bc u had now 2 different versions of the game and the configs might not match, especially if u had one "alternated".
I also used TSR100% FSR 3.1 FG with Dnipro holosight, seemed ok.
Though if u drop under certain threshold in FPS the ghosting starts, sight or nonsight.
