Make sure Nvidia Reflex Low Latency is enabled if you're using FG, it really helps. If on AMD, not sure if there is a similar feature.
Also yes it is fake frames, but it still helps on systems that are less than high spec.
Too many elitists on these forums who think they know everything, although it is true there's no need to use it on super high end systems.
Another draw of stuff like upscaling and FG is that it also takes workload off of GPU and helps it run cooler.
The reason it feels like 60fps is because your not really getting 140+fps your probably getting 1/2 or even 1/3rd of that. I've gotten use to many games at 120+fps but something about this game makes even 60fps feel smoother then usual. Usually UE5 games feel like crap at 60fps but this game is nto the case at least for me.
there is latency but not enough to bother me, and fg is in w reflex on. but it just feels choppy like jittery. im on a 4070 superp
-- If you are using framegen, you could try setting at least some motion blur, which might make it feel less jittery, moving from real frame, to interpolated frame, to real frame.
(Try those settings and don't like the results? Undo them.)
