The same situation happened to me in the first area where 3 blood suckers arrived at the same time.
These blood suckers and also the other practically immortal monsters are literally ruining the game in my opinion.
You can barely scrape together 2 coins to make a weapon, armor and have some ammo and then these pain in the ass arrive and force you to use up everything, even destroying your armor.
If this continues I will stop playing it until there is a fix or a mod that fixes this thing.
Run. Not every battle is one you can win.
In terms of dealing with them I think this discussion has be ran into the ground. They are part of the economy sink, they are killable but are meant to cause huge repair costs and eat ammo and medkits. In most cases the encounters are just not worth it and you can run away from them or kite them into NPCs, all you need is some water/energy drinks at hand so you can keep sprinting. They are only a problem that needs to be dealt with in mission areas or when you are encumbered. Not nearly the most problematic mutant.
PS: This last update was a travesty on the Box. Spawning is screwed, Radiation no longer works (the Geiger counter goes off in the appropriate areas but you just don't get irradiated at all, not even from Artifacts) and the A-life seems as dead as ever. The only discernible improvement is that the weapon spawning in your inventory seems to have stopped. Not sure what the PC experience has been.
6 NPCs might eventually kill ONE bloodsucker in stalker 2. But also they will all die to a couple flesh, and especially boars. At least in CoP still braindead ally/neutral AI could handle pigs, yeesh.
Random irradiated truck with loot on the back. Radioactive trucks, why the ♥♥♥♥ are you more nuclear than walking through open barrels of nuclear waste in both stalker and fallout?
So hey, at least you have ONE nice thing going for you in Xbox land?
Ugh... sounds like the exact opposite bug to the Box? Radiation instead of disappearing from the game becoming instantly lethal?
most radiation seems business as usual. Games just love having "This spot of irradiated metal is super zesty" because they think making you have to spring in and out or through is "a challenge" instead of incredibly awkward for how jarring it is. In this case the loot was primarily a free PSZ-7 long after it was obsolete, as fond as I am of it as a rock solid suit until you move on to the good ♥♥♥♥.
random truck is basically like touching the "almost instant death" scrap in the back of the slag heap since launch, instead of the "just a little radioactive to scare you/make you glad you have better rad resist" stuff.
Which stood out more than usual due to the grand coincidence of having not one, but TWO liquid rocks (legendary max rad absorb) to experiment with at the time. "oh. oh I'm not just biased about this cliche mechanic. It really is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ absurd overkill rads"
Ok, that is not too bad. In my situation, radiation has utterly disappeared. You just can't get irradiated.
Kind of funny how it was completely empty for me except for the guitar guy and a Pseudogiant.
