FRAME GEN İS BROKEN
While playing with frame gen on. İ get around 80-90 fps. Without frame gen its about 40-50 but when framegen is on when you go certain big areas frame gen freaks out drop the fps from 80 to 30

Try setting the hair quality to low. That stopped all of my random framerate drops.

loading the game again fixes but when that fps drops happens also makes the game so laggy like you get 30frames still but feels like a 10

if you mean it stops after you come out of a menu, or anything that locks the frame rate, then that is normal. If it's shutting off and not coming back on. Obviously, that's not normal.
Personally, it's working great for me. I try to aim for 90 FPS, anything less and it stutters.

I had read somewhere that DLSS Frame Generation has a memory leak
4070, i9 12900k, 32GB RAM
Enabling DLSS Frame Generation makes my game consistently hitch no matter what's going on, disabling it makes it run smoothly for me
