this game can't turn off ray tracing ?

i try find setting to turn off ray trace but can't find it , and i have to play by turn on framegen and dlss all the time.
why developer won't let us choose to turn off it?

World artists need to create fake light sources everywhere in order to be able to turn Lumen off
