Stuck at Seven Seals Mission

I cannot talk to Gaffer anymore (he seems to be gone) and Solder is somewhere in the Sphere building where I cannot reach him. I cannot go through the underground route either because the sealed door code cannot be entered......................how the heck do I finish this Mission??

Some choices you made led you to this outcome. But you can still enter the area Solder is in by going down the stairs from the base to enter the underground. Just need to run past a lot of enemies.

I went through the whole base without even realising Solder was in there until the cutscene started. The Army guys there are scripted to be dumb as ♥♥♥♥ so you can stealth kill most of them with the knife.

Wasn't for me, but I had already started the Seven Seals mission I just didn't go to the objective. Maybe one of the NPCs opened the door for me? Who knows.

Im stuck on this mission as well. Spoken to Solder and go to leave the Sphere but the door to stairs is locked and there's no other way out. Welcome any thoughts. Have i done something wrong?

There is another way out, it runs through the sewer system

The doors that way are locked or blocked as well...

Then you need to go upstairs and fight your way out. Something has to be open, otherwise how did you end up in Solder's room?

Thanks for your replies.

The way i came in was through the whole in the wall at The Sphere, down the stairs, knife the guards and into Solders room. Kill Solder, come out and the door that i came through is now closed and locked. The other direction after going through the sewer and killing the rats is blocked as well. I'm sure its a bug.

I just encountered this problem as well, came in through the tunnel and the door's now locked and I have to leave through the base. From what I see here I'm guessing if I came from the stairs I would need to leave through the sewers.... ffs.
