Holy crap. I understand that the game has issues, trust me I do. I own both pc and series x versions. Even with its shortcomings. I'm enjoying it. I understand some are not, I get it. BUT, the anger and vile comments by some are just abhorrent. The developers have lost a team member because of the war, yet they continued with their vision of the game, although there is still more to do. I'm not telling anybody how they should feel, but wouldn't it be fair to let the developers fix the issues just like Bethesda and CD Project Red??. Anyway, that's just MY OPINON. BTW, fresh air and going outside would be an option that some here should exercise....Good hunting stalkers.

OP I get you love this game but its 100% okay to point out the HUGE shortcomings of this game. They released a game thats unfinished. Its not okay under any circumstance. Even if other companies do it. They are just as bad. Im enjoying this game. But its not finished, And should have been delayed.
I admitted the game has issues, it was the first thing i said after "Holy crap". How is it that so many people missed or skipped that part. When did i say that releasing the game with these issues was ok??. I'm gonna have to go back and read my post to see if im missing something???

I'm exhausted with the games industry as a whole, and spending money on faulty products.

Yeah, but it kinda sounded like you were telling what people should do, even though you said you're not telling how they should feel.

There are a lot of people either with high tolerance for jank or that didn't have any issue.

Others had issue after issue, after issue. And it's up to them to decide if they want to give this game a pass. What is fair, is to judge a product based on your experience, we didn't buy this game on discount because the devs would fix it later so although we can understand and it explains why the game is in a broken state for many, it's not an excuse either.

I can barely play this game, and I didn't refund it because I trust the devs and i want to support them, in a year where the industry had around 14 thousand layoffs, I want then to succeed, but we gotta be realistic and honest about the issues of this product.

Stop paying taxes too, most governments are faulty too.
Are you nuts, remember Capone?

And people like you pretend it is ok for companies to charge money for products that don't work properly. It doesn't matter if it is a video game or another product, it sets a very bad precedent when customers start to think it is ok for them to be charged for a broken product.

I understand that there are different PC configurations so there is no way for them to optimise properly for all of them but things like A-Life not working or controller dead zones being screwed up are not things that just slips through the net, they would have had to actively ship a product knowing the main system that makes a Stalker game wasn't present (assuming it is just bugged)

Ahh there you go with the usual gaming activist spiel. I have heard these same talking points time and time again. How hard is it for you to understand that me talking positive about the game is NOT equal to being "ok" with products that release with issues? Alsop at this point EVERYTHING you stated has already been addressed or at least acknowledged by the devs, so your wasting your breath saying what everyone already knows.

I would love to be able to see your played games list to so how many of these games you yourself have supported over the years. 9 times out of 10 you are doing or have done exactly what your preaching to others about so, you are part of the problem too lol.

You go and do whatever you want but I will choose to spend my money where I want and if you are smart with your money and know your preferences the less likely you are to be burned by modern game releases. However if you blindly buy products based on reviews, hype, ...etc you have yourself to blame for dropping money on something you were on the fence about.

This whole conversation around Gamma is stupid. Gamma is great for short time, but I bought Stalker for stalker lore, story, characters not for complicated inventory management, faction war simulation. There wouldn't be Gamma without Anomaly, there wouldn't be Anomaly without Call of Chernobyl, there wouldn't be Call of Chernobyl without oryginal trilogy z without its atmosphere, without its factions and locations. Focus on A-life is in my opinion because those mod packs. Can you see other aspects of the game? Because for couple of days it looks like tunel vision focused on lack of zone warfare.

Game has problems. But since launch only two problems for were optimalization and enemies spawning directly on me. I experienced one crash. Is it ok to release games in state in which many players can't play it properly? Yes. Should we limit our experience only to those issues? No.

Well, if you can reference the line where i told people what to do ill be the first one to admit it, I wrote it. I just went back and read my post again but couldn't find where i instructed ANYONE on what to do. I respect your opinion, but your interpretation of what i said is incorrect. Respectfully.

If you want to say that guilt tripping people into waiting isn't telling then what to do, ok then. Either way, waiting isn't fairer than being honest about the bugs people are experiencing.

"But wouldn't it be fair" is a question. Not a command. I'm "Asking" if it would be fair.

Well, to answer it, no more fair than reporting the problems either here or through reviews.
