Holy crap. I understand that the game has issues, trust me I do. I own both pc and series x versions. Even with its shortcomings. I'm enjoying it. I understand some are not, I get it. BUT, the anger and vile comments by some are just abhorrent. The developers have lost a team member because of the war, yet they continued with their vision of the game, although there is still more to do. I'm not telling anybody how they should feel, but wouldn't it be fair to let the developers fix the issues just like Bethesda and CD Project Red??. Anyway, that's just MY OPINON. BTW, fresh air and going outside would be an option that some here should exercise....Good hunting stalkers.

As a matter of fact, I did and after certain YTs said the 149GB Patch did alot, i gave it a go. I have reevaluated the worth of those Channels now.
But again, Gamer who side with Companies against fellow Gamers are the worst of them all.

Today CohhCarnage said something that makes sense. "to enjoy Stalker 2, you have to want to be in the zone" (then he extended the concept).

But me thinking, thats why majority of ppl enjoying Stalker 2 played and loved stalker 1. We love how deep the scenario goes all within the zone, and we are having a blast on 2 even with bugs. But Stalker genrewise is like a huge game for a narrow audience. Then we like it so much that ppl who don't play the game atleast respect it, and stalker 2 annoucement spread over its bubble. But we all know we will be playing this ♥♥♥♥♥ for years to come lmao

Despite the games issues this is what happens when a niche game gets mass appeal and new players do not respect the subject material and where the game came from.

Its insane how many posts either repeat un-proven claims, or they bring up "issues" that are literally part of the games lore and how past games operated. How many posts have we gotten about mutant health when they are still in early game where the player has always been weak? How many posts have we gotten about the "broken" economy when players have not even tried to understand why they are losing money and why things cost so much. Don't get me started on the un-proven A-life claimes from so called experts who use config files of all things to "prove" their point (despite the devs denying these claims at every instance)

I am fully aware of the bugs and issues the devs have pointed out and taken notice of, but this game is a STALKER experience through and through and this is coming from a person who was there for the release of CS and CoP.

I usually only engage in forums/games that I'm interested in and it sucks to see modern audiences tear something apart mostly because the game tries to stay as true as possible to its roots (flaws included).

As a person who seriously got into PC building and built my first mid range system around the time of Crysis and Stalker CS/CoP, I have been loving every second of my STALKER 2 experience and compared to those games on launch this launch is a HUGE step forward, given how buggy and crash riddled the X-ray engine was (and still is) in comparison.
