Note from hard-to-find stash?
I got the PDA from the stash at Cage, but I can't quite find the landmarks it's trying to hint at me with. Where should I go to find a unreachable pipe with an anomaly on top of it? Are K and L actually waiting?

I've a few of those stashes when I postponed "solving" them. Sometimes sidestories or main missions bring me back to it and open a new "door" (sometimes literally...).
