Do someone have an idea of when Stalker 2 will be playable ?


I bought the game, spend 30 hours installing it because my wifi sucked at the time, all that to play less than 25 minutes because the game is unplayable, I have a 1650 Super and a i5-10400 if I remember, its for sure not the best but its enough for every game in low, I dont care playing in low, I love low-poly graphics, but even with all the available mods at the moment installed and all the settings put in low/best optimisation, its still unplayable, Ive made less than 30 steps with my character, those steps were more than FPS I had, I had only 10 fps, way less actually, 5-6 constant

How long will I have to wait for the game to be playable ?
I'll like to know where I could enjoy it because Im so hyped, I dont even know which character we are playing, I couldnt even see clearly nor hearing clearly what happenned at the beginning with the appartments in fire and the famous truck that bring the Stalkers inside the Zone

Please GSC, I know yall are under fire ( literally lol ) but please, lock in a bunker and dont exit until the game is playable please !!

with your specs give it a couple of weeks, or even months. Then maybe you can play it with fixed performance and a good low spec mod.

Do people not check the system requirements before purchasing?

ask it yourself, the game say you need atleast a 1060, a 1650 are enough and will be enough for +5years for sure in low

www.rif.org their sys specs seem to meet or exceed min req'm... just saying...

Graphics aside this game is heavy on the CPU because of the complex NPC behaviour. You need a strong CPU and this lowers FPS. It's not just visuals that do it, it can also be complex stuff running in the background that you can't see.

Is it that hard to ask ? I never asked your opinion nor excuses, Im asking for a date, if you have no friend to talk with youll not find one here, and surely never if youre only good at wasting people time

"How long will I have to wait for the game to be playable ?"

No date can be given due to the system yer running. The game will get patched and optimization will improve. But there is no way to know how long that may take. My advice is to get into another game for a month or two then come back to S2.
