Hello, there am i the only one with Shcherba not spawning ? I tryed to unlock myself by using the console and did the whole lab but the quest stay and then Dvupalov doesn't have any interaction with me and the suppressor..

I stopped playing the game and i'm waiting for the dev to do something.. The game is great but damn evolving with all the bug is really suffering.

hello, after the patch, do you guys know how to fix the problem except use uetool skip the entire mission?

Well i started another game, was the easiest thing to do...

Doing this exact quest right now and he's definitely there in his lab just like in the video YevheniiUA posted

In my current play through he spawned but was dead when I got to the location. Impossible to progress that quest line any further.

i get the same problem...
get close to Sherba's dead body and use thats console command :
XDespawnDeadNPCsAtRadius 100 (be sure dead sherba despawn)
XStartQuestNodeBySID E08_SQ01_S2_Spawn_Sherba
