Best settings for my rig
So i have a 3080, 32 RAM and Ryzen 7 5800x 8. core cpu and i have 1440p monitor. Game already came with settings on Epic and i use DLSS.

But for some reason game looks blurry even with motion blur set to 0. What do i need to do to not having it so blurry, use TAA instead of DLSS or something? Increase sharpness?
Also what do i need to do to hit stable 60 fps, lower some settings down from Epic?

Guess i have to mess around with settings abit more. What is your performance when you are in towns?

Yep I switched to TSR 100% also, looks better and lost only 5-10FPS, from FSR Q (66%). Hovering around 80FPS with 7900xt/5800x3d@1440p all Epic, some tweaked to High.

first i had around 50 in towns then i overclocked my 5700x a little more and downloaded the optimizer mod on nexus now i have 70-80 in towns and 100-120 in the wilds

Use the medium preset. 1440p DLAA and put AMD frame generation on. If it runs poorly change to DLSS quality.

but isnt AMD frame gen specific to AMD GPUs and not NVIDIA?

I thought it did. Turn on your game and have a gander.

No, you can use AMD's framegen with Nvidia cards.

You will probably turn it of immediately though, as you start to notice how sluggish your aiming gets with it enabled.
why does literally every upscaling option make the game blurry and without upscaling, game looks like ♥♥♥♥?

use DLAA if you have an Nvidia gpu, native rendering but with the AA part of DLSS. Upscalers always make the game blurry in every game, and as for the game looking like ♥♥♥♥ with upscaling off, it's like all AA is disabled when you do this, which seems like a bug.
okay, FSR seems to be the best as it gives me like 20 more fps but it STILL MAKES THE GAME BLURRY

you have the same specs as mine, just I am on laptop (so worse compare to you)
here is what I did to have a decent framerate and no stutters

1) follow this guide for the ingame settings
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzOP2ZXoM2E&list=WL&index=1&t=25s&pp=gAQBiAQB

is going to be a mix of medium, high and epic (textures) --> game looks pretty much as when everything is set to epic

2) use this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/17 to change some game engine config. I have used the settings as it, following the steam steps

3) enable the ingame setting Framegen

do you mean DLSS? i cannot find DLAA under upscaling.
