I upgraded my gun to a different caliber and it didnt change...

The riemann was supposed to become a .45 gun and yet it still only takes 9x19. why????

Edit: i left the safe zone and it updated to the new caliber. WHO PLAY TESTED THIS GAME!?

No you lost a caliber is what it means , like the shotgun...you can use buck and slug but if you do the upgrade ... rifling the barrel you cant use buck anymore only slug.

There are guns that might exactly change it's caliber.
For example 5.45 to 5.56 and vice versa, or 9x18 to 9x19.
It always was a thing in the previous STALKER games.

Yeah, but my shotgun is still 12x70 but now wont accept it, only accepts 12x76 despite description

The gun descriptions don't change when you change the caliber, but the caliber itself does change. Another game bug. Is says that shotgun is using 12x70, when it's actually using 12x76.
