I have 100% heard it in my 50 hours of gameplay so far. I only heard it twice, within 2 minutes of each other, in the same gunfight.

Maybe they have it as an Easter egg if you happen to run into a specific set of people as part of the A-life system, because I have not heard it since, that was around 15-20 hours of gameplay.

Actually they do say it, I heard it a couple of times at least. They just say it in a sentence.

We have a better chance of someone randomly saying spouting a slavic meme . Devs from slavic games have tried inserting "meme magic" into stuff these days. But because of "MoDERn AuDiEnCES", that ruins in for everyone.

Maybe I missed it. I'm playing it with UKR audio and haven't heard it.

Why would you play the game with English voice-over? It is absolutely immersion breaking to hear them speak English with those accents. Games like Stalker series are meant to be played with original voice-overs and English subs.

And yes, NPCs say "Cheeki breeki" on few occasions but it is definitely not common. The most common phrase must be "Talk to my office..."

Only once in my 40 hours. It's proper heresy I tell you!

Because I speak English not Ukrainian and constantly reading Subtitles is more immersion breaking than the bad English VO acting.

Oh man, that: "Talk to my X.." line is grating. At least the previous games NPC's each had something to say. Yeah 9-10 times, they repeated themselves, but at least they said something different.

SoC had native UKR language and I had zero issues with that. It felt more immersive to me. Mind you, at the time, GSC was more or less just starting out in the mainstream gaming sphere and not everything was subbed (ambient dialog and other things) but I enjoyed it for what it was.
