Can't put ammo or food in stash?

Sorry if this has been addressed? There are hundreds of people complaining about how their systems are too crappy to play this game.

When I go to my stash it will only let me deposit guns, meanwhile I have 100kg of food and ammo and health items. Where do I put those? Please help?

you can, drag them from you inv to stash box, select drop all

drag and drop into stash. Works fine for me.

Yes you can. You just have to double click it and it sends it into the stash a few rounds at a time. I know, it's annoying as hell. I try dragging it but the only option it gives is "drop" or "drop all" and when I do, it just disappears.

Thank you! I think the issue here is that I'm a dummy and using a controller. It will let me drag guns over after pressing 'A' but other items get stuck in my inventory window. Bug? I'll start using my mouse like a PC user should.
