Who can upgrade exoskeleton?
Cant find a mechanic who is skilled enough? I've been to like 6 or 7 different ones

Unfortunately some of the upgrades (especially the end game armors) are locked behind story progression. Even if you go get the schematic unlock drops needed to upgrade the armor, it won't be upgrade-able by ANY technician until you've progressed through the story enough. That way you can't just run through the entire map, get most of the end game loot, and be unstoppable for 95% of the game.

If the Yaniv one cant upgrade it, youll need to progress the story, the most skilled mechanic is only met later in the game.

Found her, yup she can do it. The one I found doesnt seem to have a run upgrade so I will just sell it, at least I can perk up some good guns

Anyone has issue with upgrading exosuit to run, but the game automatically degraded the suit and end up not able to run again? Idk if it’s a glitch

Go back to the tech and make sure you enable the upgrade. I had this happen and it seemed like you can just turn it off and on by clicking the upgrade after I had it installed. Make sure the upgrade is highlighted GREEN

Yaniv is as far as you can go early game, Pripyat has one too but you can't get past the train cars until later in story

Thing is not every technician can install upgrade for exosuit. Once you have suit go to Cement Factory and install Aramid helmet, after that you can go to Harpy and now you can purchase sprinting upgrade from her. Hope that helps
