Get to the detention center???

How tf do I get to the next section to get to the detention center??

Edit: For anyone else stuck on this, at the checkpoint, there is a window in the small building to jump through to go across the bridge.

You need the key. You can speak to Gaffer in the bar and he gives you the key to the northern checkpoint after you speak to Solder.

Gaffer doesn't have anything for me. I have an old key on me, but there's no door to use it on at that checkpoint.

Edit: Oh, I found it. I guess you jump through a small window to get to the bridge.
