Three captains bugged?

Whenever i get the quest it auto-completes itself, i am trying to restore the place but i cant becuse they always die right after i take the quest

ngl that quest just broke my entire game completely, All ai for me has been bugged after this mission. What i think is happening is that key npcs that are supposed to spawn do not spawn. Don't know if its the mission or the fact that the ai is more broken than cyberpunk at the moment.

Just had this exact problem, reddit seems to believe it's caused by visiting the cranes before getting the mission but that was a few hours of saves ago so until it's patched oh well. I'll probably be onto something else by then.
