Yaniv mechanic can,

Not sure of any others

Dnipro and Kharod are late/end game weapons and I dont know of any places that will modify them other than the late/end game locations

Does anyone know where to get a suppressor for the Dnipro (not from Icarus vendor though) or where the 7.62 caliber blueprint for it is located?
