Report a translation problem
There is a possible solution if you are willing to try mods. This isn't an official workaround as it involves installing a mod to enable the debug console, but I can confirm that it works.
if you want to try it, and dont want to wait, you can download this mod, follow the instructions to activate it, (theres also some other functions in there to self-fix some other obstacles you might find but be warned that messing with the console is in no way how a game is meant to be played, its as much a self-repair tool as it is a cheating tool)

enter "XClearDialogQueue " in the console.
