Is there a way to disable these yet, so I can just get to compiling shaders and loading the game.

Download the mod that allows you to skip it. It's a black screen for like maybe 3 seconds now and then it instantly starts compiling shaders

I'm on my cell phone right now so no I don't but it's on there. Make sure you are looking at all mods and not just the latest ones because that website has a lot of issues with their search function. It's kind of amazing because it has been like that for as long as I can remember lol. There are actually two that allow you to skip the splash screens. There's one that allows you to pick and choose if you want fast, faster or fastest and then there is one that just simply eliminates it all together but you still have a black screen for like 3 seconds maybe

I think this mod is a good compromise to having to edit the Game.ini, since the mod moves passed them quickly but doesn't have a 10-15 second black screen, I guess it's a fixed pace.

But for those who want to try that, here is the path and configs you add to the Game.ini.
