I just got to the bravo team headed in to find the commander and wtf is up with the mutant count?? 5 invisible fast moving tanks?? need to use bout 4-6 mags filled with armor piercing rounds just to take one down!! I keep getting stun locked on the ground from all of them.
I swapped my difficult to rookie too bc of them
good ol wemod has to come out if I cant sneak past em...

i have just come out of there i was in a loop of running shooting healing while in the tunnels was a nightmare

just died there aswell, stood in a corner throwing nades on my feet and then heal, 10 nades, 12 medkits and only 2 dead bloodsucker -.-

All bloodsuckers except one are asleep, you can just walk past them (don't get spotted by the awake one patrolling the area obviously)

i got stuck in the bravo part today aswell but mainly because i stopped killing the bloodsuckers pretty early on since theres no reward to it: turns out, after researching the interwebs i must at least kill the last spawning bloodsucker after sneaking past the first few going up the set of stairs you encounter in this segment, since otherwise all doors are locked and progress is not possible until but only the last bloodsucker dies.
This happened later on in the story for me once aswell, but otherwise i was fine just outrunning these dudes^^

Yea i just came back from work and re tried it,
wait for the 1 awake to walk to the left he then walks in a circle, when we goes you can sneak by go to the room right and move on, then i found a large room and a smaller room, go to the smaller room where there is a skeleton in a vent with a picture, for some reason if you sit in the corner just left when you enter the room he wont attack, he runs in attacks far right corner and then runs away, did that 3 times and died.
thats the only 1 you need to kill
and Weapons with High AP help.
i mag dumped my M14 / 21 10 round 7.62 and then 2-3 MP5 Mags
( i play on STALKER so that my vary on different difficulty )
