No sadly it cant, its bugged and doesnt recognize the slots to upgrade. It just shows the previous item i clicked on. Id love if they kept it in game though
Yes well, not everyone is on Reddit their entire day, i apologize for having other things to do. However, you are quite welcome to shoo yourself.
Ha, I also found this bread armor! Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone. It was one of the funnier bugs I’ve encountered thus far. I wonder if the devs are aware.
When I first found it my initial reaction was why does this bread take up six inventory slots? Is it super bread? Lol
A similar thing happens with the graphic. The object probably has an ID for the graphic to be used, and when lookup fails, maybe it just uses the Bread graphic so at least something is displayed and it's somewhat clear that something went wrong.
And you can see it happening yet again with the description string - the ID for the description string is being displayed, meaning that the lookup of the localized description failed, so it prints the ID that was used to try the lookup so you can use that to figure out where it is broken.
With all three things wrong (localized name, localized description, and graphic), my guess is that the item was added but it wasn't added to the list of things for graphics and localization to be done. What "should" happen is that during development, they have a tool that scans thru all of the files that describe items, and makes sure that every one of them has names, descriptions, and graphics, in all of the localized languages.
