Yes but very bad. You need to lower the settings and use DLSS.
Look up some videos on youtube for Stalker 2 with your hardware and decide for yourself if that's what you call playable.

i don't care to play it with the highest settigns all i want is for it to be playable. with at least 60 fps.

60 might be a tall order but it should be doable with settings lowered enough and dlss enabled. Framegen will help a lot and consider optimization mods on Nexus.

if you wana go for anything at high setting, i suggest upgrade ram to 32 first. Yes, I checked in game. the usage can easily go above 16g

example if you have 16 game will use 12/13 if you have 32 game will use 22/25
