>RTX2060
there's your problem.
Didnt ask for any smart ass comments.Obsly its something to do with the optimisation
Btw theres people with rtx 4060 getting same ♥♥♥♥ should they get 4090 by the logic
It's not you. I have a similar rig with the same issue. RTX2060 w/9700k. It's aging, yes, but it should be playable on mid to lower settings. Instead, what we get is 2FPS and unreal engine crashes.
It's for like 1 minutes tops
Be glad your getting 90 fps in combat with that rig...I have the same CPU...the things getting old
I got a 4090 and 7950x3d, set up Stalker 2 to prefer and use the CACHE cores via process lasso primarily, and the early game / prologue I was netting between 140-160 fps, soon as I hit the first town, I was down to 80. I got curious, and changed everything from EPIC (Default) to LOW, and my frames literally didn't change from 80. CPU shows 30% usage, GPU never diverts from 90-100%.
I'm thinking optimization, and currently at 113 minutes, I'm debating a rebate for the time being since while playable to some, I'm a FPS junkie, and prefer 120FPS min, and we're not quite there yet with the optimization as new as it is. I'm not stressing over it, just not gonna deal with it. Worth mentioning I do have the NVIDIA drivers for it as well, not sure what it'd look like without that.
until the devs start fixing things themselves, take the fallout style approach to issues and just download a laundry list of community made fixes.
